The 25th Anniversary of the Rotary International
May 1930
Rotary's 25th Anniversary Convention was held in Chicago in May, 1930. Tokyo Rotary Club Honorary Member Prince Iesato Tokugawa, Speaker of the Upper House was sent to Chicago together with an American member Rotarian, E. W. Frazar, to represent the Club. Prince Tokugawa was welcomed with the highest honors, and as a Convention speaker outlined Japan's modern development and called for better understanding.
